We tried a new concept, with schools,hospitals and commercial in the city centre of each phase, instead of the traditional local concept of setting those non residential plots at the edges and imposible places.
That local kind of thinking , made almost imposible to build schools,or any other kind of public buildings.
We changed that , with community centres in the hearth of each neiborhood.
